(They/Them/ Theirs)

“There comes a point where we need to stop just pulling people out of the river. We need to go upstream and find out why they're falling in.” -Desmond Tutu

The fact that you are here is a powerful step toward embracing who you are and being seen. I see you, I honor you, and I am already so proud of you. As an AuDHer and queer therapist, I understand how crucial it is for young people to find a space where they feel truly understood and affirmed. My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and respect for your unique experience as you navigate the challenges of growing up in a complex world.

I focus on providing gender-affirming therapy and assessments, play therapy, trauma therapy, and neurodivergent-affirming care for children, adolescents, and young adults. Whether you’re exploring your identity, dealing with the pressures of being neurodivergent, or healing from trauma, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where your story and identity are fully honored.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside young clients as they work through their challenges and discover their strengths. My experience includes suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and supporting those affected by abuse and trauma. I am passionate about helping young people see that healing is not just possible—it’s achievable with the right care and support.

Diversity and inclusion are at the core of who I am, and I strive to create a space where young people can feel safe, valued, and genuinely cared for. It’s an honor to be part of your journey and to help you create a future that feels both real and within reach. Your story matters, and your future is waiting—let’s take that first step together.
